- A'mie voor Uptomusic : "'Rain' is de eerste cd die deze vijfentwintig jarige zangeres uitbrengt en wat ons betreft mogen er gerust nog enkele volgen. Hoewel we ervan overtuigd zijn dat niet iedereen die mening zal delen. Danaë brengt immers niets wereldschokkend vernieuwend. Haar krachtige altstem is zuiver en doet schijnbaar zonder enige moeite het hele arsenaal aan muzieknoten aan, maar je vraagt je wel voortdurend af aan wie ze je doet denken."
